Have you ever wondered what it would be like to "eat clean?" Are you wanting to eat healthier--but aren't sure where to start? On April 18th we are hosting a "Cooking Clean" class with Dr. Caroline Derrow. Learn the basics of eating healthier, prepare, and taste some wonderful foods in our kitchen at First UMC!
Dr. Derrow is a pediatric dentist in Auburn, Indiana, and among her many hobbies and interests are cooking wholesome, nutritious foods!
This class is free, but registration is capped at 20 participants, but never fear--we will host another in the fall!
The whole community is invited to join us every Wednesday evening through April 25th for a free-will donation dinner from 5:15-6:00pm as well as personal growth classes from 6:00-7:30pm along with nursery care and our hands-on children’s programming, KidsConnect, for our younger crowd up to 5th grade!
